Southern Dunes is located 20 minutes to Disney, on Highway 27, which is just off the I4. Immediately outside our gated community you will find a number of Stores including Walmart and Winn Dixie. There are several diners and fast food outlets all within walking distance. You can even have a short-term membership with the local Blockbuster for those nights in after your long days at the theme parks.
Southern Dunes offers an abundance of activities, including a recreation centre with Gym, 3 community pools, tennis courts and a kids play area. The Clubhouse offers top class dining, currently providing buffet style breakfasts and lunch, and some weekdays they offer evening dining. On previous stays English football has been watched at the golf club house. Eagle Ridge Shopping Mall is located 12 miles south on Highway 27. As well as all your usual stores, it also has a Cinema Complex, Ten-pin bowling alley, crazy golf, a games arcade together with a number of restaurants and food court.
